SHIFT: Day Job

SCHEDULE: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining electronic enrollment business.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Tests data and posts electronic enrollment files.

  • Troubleshoots problem files to determine best resolution.

  • Researches and resolves enrollment eligibility issues.

  • Tracks, analyzes and reports on errors generated through electronic enrollment.

  • Sets up new groups for electronic enrollment by mapping benefits and testing file structure.

  • Leads the process to identify and contact new groups for electronic enrollment.

Hourly Pay Range*: $20-$23/hour

Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Requires H.S diploma or GED; 3-5 years of related enrollment experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Experience with EDI preferred
