Given Anthem’s scale, balance sheet, broad national reach and depth at the local market level, Anthem has established a new business unit called the Diversified Business Group. The Diversified Business Group is a solutions-oriented business unit within the Company that will support Anthem and other external clients in the pursuit of transforming healthcare.

Leadership position on the Diversified Business Group's (DBG) Advanced Analytics and Services Team. Responsible for leading and directing commercial activity, administration, ops governance, and portfolio oversight and execution for the Meridian Subrogation business unit.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Oversees daily management of operational activities and facilitates end-to-end resolution between the Meridian Subrogation business and external companies related to third party liability recoveries.
Develops, implements, and manages a strategic plan for operations and execution; business growth, resolves issues and provides guidance.
Manages execution of enterprise portfolios and business sponsoring projects of the Meridian Subrogation business unit; facilitates end-to-end funding, scheduling, escalation and delivery of project work by the vendor.
Develops, implements, and monitors processes, policies and procedures to optimize work processes, maximize efficiencies and ensure compliance with corporate, state and regulatory requirements.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Requires a BA/BS in a related field.
10 years of management experience, including 5 years of strategic planning or vendor management experience;
Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Healthcare industry experience required.
Ability to develop strategies and drive solutions to grow portfolio.
Strong communication, executive presence and business acumen experience.
Strong bias for action, ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
PMP certification preferred.
