Responsible for development and implementation of strategy and tactics necessary to ensure successful delivery of large scale initiatives in support of the AIM Implementation/Executive team.
Primary duties to include but are not limited to:
Accountable for the successful delivery of AIM solution implementations.
Sets the strategy and approach for the team to design implementations that both improve quality and reduce time to market.
Represents AIM to senior clients as the AIM Executive accountable for implementations.
Assesses operating model for continuous improvement opportunities.
Directly advises the configuration, project management, and resource deployment centers of excellence (COEs).
Facilitates the connection between AIM business units as required to fulfill key business strategies and ensure successful project delivery.
Develops execution KPIs and reports on KPIs to AIM leadership.
Ensures deliverables (programs tools processes etc) are successfully executed.
Provides change leadership in support of rollout of program specific processes and solution to key stakeholders.
Successful adoption of new processes and solutions by stakeholders.
Ensures proper ongoing communication regarding program execution and status by providing frequent updates.
Hires trains coaches counsels and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Requires a BS/BA degree in a related field.
10 years of management experience in health plan functions end-to-end (particularly claim network management and medical management) strategic thinking and tactical execution.
5 years of experience leading enterprise business transformations including large programs and multi-disciplinary teams.
Any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Healthcare experience preferred.
Consulting experience strongly preferred.
Masters degree preferred.
Strong communication, executive presence and business acumen experience.
Understanding of health plan mission critical technologies / IT landscape strongly preferred.
Ability to travel may be required.
