Hours: Monday-Friday; 12-8:30PM PST
The Manager I Health Program Services position is responsible for the oversight of the Health Program Outreach Services in a pharmacy call center.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Achieves maximum productivity and operational efficiency through management and utilization of team and resources.
Prepares and communicates information to appropriate parties regarding programs, procedures, and changes.
Audits to monitor efficiency and compliance with policies; prepares specialized reports.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
BA/BS degree in a related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role in addition to 3 years Health Outreach Service/Call Center experience with outbound dialer experience in a call center environment, experience in disease management, case management or health related field; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Experience directing multi-functional teams; account management or customer service experience highly.
Proficient with Microsoft Products
Critical thinking, collaborative abilities, and creative problem solving skills
Experience with data reporting & metrics
People management experience
