Location: work from home-nationwide locations will be considered

Hours: Monday-Friday; 12-8:30PM PST

The Manager I Health Program Services position is responsible for the oversight of the Health Program Outreach Services in a pharmacy call center.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Achieves maximum productivity and operational efficiency through management and utilization of team and resources.

  • Prepares and communicates information to appropriate parties regarding programs, procedures, and changes.

  • Audits to monitor efficiency and compliance with policies; prepares specialized reports.

  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.



  • BA/BS degree in a related field

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role in addition to 3 years Health Outreach Service/Call Center experience with outbound dialer experience in a call center environment, experience in disease management, case management or health related field; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.


  • Experience directing multi-functional teams; account management or customer service experience highly.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Products

  • Critical thinking, collaborative abilities, and creative problem solving skills

  • Experience with data reporting & metrics

  • People management experience
