Community Relations Representative III Responsible for coordinating and supervising the implementation of strategies related to specific business programs, products, territory or expansion. This position requires individuals to travel across northern California, including, but not limited to San Francisco, Santa Clara, Alameda, and Contra Costa.
Primary Duties: Primary duties may include but are not limited to: Develops and maintains a positive working relationship with the member population for the primary purpose of increasing enrollment and decreasing disenrollment. Ensures consistent compliance with state, federal, and company specific requirements. Develops a standard process for assessing the feasibility and development of sponsored event programs. Conducts marketing activities, events, exhibits, education, and presentations in an effort to gain members and maintain and/or establish relationships with providers, community, and faith based organizations. Identifies and enlists the cooperation of individuals, groups, social service agencies and other community organizations in educational and outreach activities. Identifies cultural issues regarding current and potential members; communicate those issues and concerns to management immediately.

Requirements: • Requires an Associate Degree; 4 years of experience in managed care/healthcare or sales/marketing environment; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. • Valid driver’s license and access to a motor vehicle with valid motor vehicle insurance required. Preferred: • Bilingual in English and either Spanish or Vietnamese. • Background in Sales. • Bachelor of Arts or Sciences preferred. • State health insurance licensure preferred.
