Make an extraordinary impact. Responsible for oversight and strategy of Dental, Vision, and Non-Emergency Transportation subcontractors for Medicare and Medicaid product lines. Location: Remote How you will make an impact: + Oversees vendor performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements and facilitates corrective action regarding performance issues from issuance to resolution with the subcontractor. + Facilitates the planning and implementation of the transition of new work items assigned to the subcontractor in support of strategic goals and budget. + Acts as subject matter expert supporting contract negotiations, term development, and innovation in collaboration with other enterprise departments. + Leverages data to develop innovative ways to maximize the member experience and subcontractor contractual obligations including core performance metrics and quality targets. + Has key accountability and controls for all subcontractor implementation activities. + Works directly with business representatives to assure that all aspects of implementation run smoothly. + Investigates and resolves subcontractor business/operational related issues. + Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports. Minimum Requirements: + Requires a BS/BA degree in business administration or related healthcare field. + Minimum of 8 years healthcare operations, finance, underwriting, actuary, network development, subcontractor oversight and sales experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: + PMP or Six-Sigma certification also strongly preferred.
