This high-performing individual contributor will be responsible for coordinating the relationship of a business unit with internal partners to ensure growth and compliance of Medicaid health plans across the US. Our ideal candidate is a Healthcare Data Analytics and Reporting leader with expertise in Medicaid who can work at a national level to grow our Medicaid market share. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: - Monitors related legislation and advises senior management relative to compliance. - Researches new ventures and prospective revenue expansion opportunities. - Assists in creating the company's strategic and annual plans. Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of analytics or reporting experience including 5 years of leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Highly Preferred Qualifications: - Healthcare Reporting and Analytics expertise in the areas of Quality, Patient Outcomes, Cost of Care related to patients and providers. - Experience and knowledge of the Medicaid industry is strongly preferred. - Effective analytical, tactical, planning, organization, and managerial skills. - Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties. - Experience interacting confidently with senior management, as s subject matter expert and comfortable with influencing decision-making. - Project management experience with high level of execution focus. - Technology proficiency in SAS and SQL servers. - MBA preferred.
