Account Service Manager (IngenioRx)

Responsible for providing advanced customer service representation and strategic planning for accounts.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: - Services GRS client needs as it relates to IngenioRx. - Provides strategic planning and account management for accounts. - Directs and manages the administration of contractual requirements and obligations. - Supports the GRS execution team during new group implementations. - Manages the renewal implementation process for accounts. - Interfaces with operations to ensure smooth delivery of services. - Maintains ongoing account relationships at multiple levels throughout the customers' organizations. - Makes recommendations for improvements to meet customers' expectations. - Provides both on-site and off-site customer service, which may include interpreting plan design, researching and resolving phone and written inquiries, resolving claims, benefit and enrollment issues. - Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions. - Makes routine account visits, as needed. - Take ownership of the GRS workstream tracker. - Assists with various initiatives for GRS.

Work location: Can be office based or work at home.

Qualifications

Requires a BA/BS; 3-5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Experience working in the managed care / healthcare insurance industry strongly preferred.
  • Account management experience a plus.
  • Data analytics background preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel strongly preferred.
