Location: Remote based
The Associate Behavioral Health Clinical Quality Audit Analyst position will be responsible for working on clinical/quality improvement activities, analysis and reporting of key quality indicators.
What does a typical day look like?
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Performs research, reporting, and data analysis focusing on NCQA and URAC accreditation activities.
Supports and evaluates clinical, service, and quality programs and activities.
Performs analysis and reporting related to HEDIS/QARR measures and participates on HEDIS committees and with activities as assigned.
Provides support to Clinical departments in the analysis and reporting of periodic performance data, including monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual analyses as specified in the Clinical Work plan and contractual documents.
Performs regular review and update of Core Performance Indicator data for the oversight of clinical and quality performance and reports results.
Assists with the Outpatient and Inpatient audit processes by supporting clinical teams on analysis, reporting and follow up of performance data.
Attends Provider Advisory Council meetings as assigned and presents summary information on Quality Dept. data and initiatives.
Represents Clinical Department at internal plan specific operations meetings.
Provides analytic support for Quality Improvement Activity (QIA) project teams.
Take minutes and develop project plans as assigned.
Ensures that the company remains in compliance with NCQA standards.
Assists in the URAC accreditation process.
Performs special projects
What You Contribute:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field; and 2 years of experience in healthcare; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
2 years of experience in behavioral health preferred.
3 years of experience in data analysis, report writing and quality improvement activities preferred.

Annual Salary Range*: $37,520 - $46,900
Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
