There are 5 positions available. In the central and eastern region, there will be 4 positions and in the western region, there will be 1 position.

Marketing Manager, Member Acquisition & Retention, is accountable for leading best-in-class consumer marketing and enrollment strategies for select National Account Clients. If you’re a strategic, experienced digital marketer with a desire to make a difference, then this may be the role for you. We’re seeking a results-oriented, self-starter with a passion for taking on complex marketing challenges and driving results. Proven expertise in omnichannel marketing, an influential personality, and demonstrable skills in working collaboratively across teams, will position the right candidate for success in this role. You will: • Be a single point of contact for select, global clients in the development of member lifecycle marketing strategies and campaigns for medical/Voluntary products.
• Have significant expertise in creating print and digital marketing strategies and campaigns for clients under tight timelines and within budget • Work with clients on innovative strategies that drive digital/mobile adoption, ongoing engagement, and participation in medical/voluntary benefits, and wellness initiatives. • Work across multiple departments in the organization to align client & broker expectations, Distribution partner goals, and Anthem business priorities. • Have strong interpersonal communication skills, highly organized, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence. • Must have insurance industry experience

Primary duties include, but are not limited to: • Provide strategic marketing leadership that drives successful outcomes for member engagement and acquisition initiatives • Build strong and productive partnerships within in a matrixed environment including Sales, Account Management, Clients and Brokers • Develop omnichannel, E2E consumer experiences with a focus on attracting & retaining membership in medical and voluntary group benefits • Work closely with operational partners in the flawless execution of all marketing strategies. • Collaborate across marketing organizations to drive innovative strategies and ensuring marketing and enterprise strategies align. • Hands-on management of marketing automation platforms and journeys; working knowledge of Salesforce or AEM a plus • Coordinating the development and review of communication materials with appropriate resources. • and direction to marketing support and creative staff.

Qualifications

  • Requires a BA/BS degree; minimum of 5 years of marketing experience; or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.

  • Masters' degree a plus.

  • Requires strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skill
