Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies in two or more functional marketing areas (marketing communications, marketing events, product, or marketing research).

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Formulates short and long-term marketing strategies to grow profitable membership in Labor, Anthem Student Advantage, health systems, and other large group sub-segments.

  • Ensures the marketing strategy aligns with the enterprise-wide strategy.

  • Builds market-specific, product-marketing plans.

  • Serves as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution.


  • Requires BA/BS degree; 8 years experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Insurnce background extreme preferred in markerting.

  • For URAC accredited areas the following applies: Requires strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
