Solves problems, performs analysis, researches, and tests functions for systems and networks. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Associate will act as lead and primary end user support contact for Microsoft Collaboration and Communication products

  • Associate will be primary L3 contact and will triage tickets as necessary routing to other individuals on team for remediation

  • Associate will be responsible for managing our ServiceDesk KBs and continuing to update Service Desk based on known issues and common support questions

  • Responsible for Incident Management related to Associate Collaboration technologies

  • Responsible for the planning and implementation of change requests and other system modifications as directed

  • Responsible to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality customer service skills and communication

  • Providing advanced remote Level 3 & 4 support video conferencing technologies and specifically Microsoft Teams

  • Responsible to interface with end users, promote the use and functionality of Associate Collaboration products and services, and assist users with how-to questions

  • Supporting large video events


  • Requires Bachelor's degree in related field

  • 4 to 8 years of experience required in a support and operations role in any of the following areas: servers, networks, telecommunications, storage, mainframe, operating systems, middleware, disaster recovery, collaboration technologies, or hardware/software support; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background

  • 4-8 years of experience with Video Conferencing, online screen sharing, and video conferencing room technologies

  • Hands on technical experience with Cisco Webex and/or Microsoft Teams

  • Experience troubleshooting issues between the client (PC), Video Conferencing software, and Video Conferencing in room equipment

  • Experience with Streaming media for large Events

  • Strong working experience in large scale enterprise infrastructure architectures

  • Possess strong analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and internal and/or external customers

  • Experience with video conferencing platforms Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex. Must be familiar with mobile device support

  • Knowledge and experience with smart building technologies such as digital signage, AppSpace, and MazeMap

  • Knowledge of Vbrick or other large scale streaming infrastructure

  • Multiple trade certifications and significant experience with multiple technical and business disciplines preferred

  • Significant operational experience required in one or more core infrastructure technologies; capable of serving as a subject matter expert in various settings; capable of advanced troubleshooting and implementations

  • Demonstration of strong mentoring skills preferred.
