Artificial intelligence pilot to predict patient care needs
ID card pilot for address management system
Change management training module creation and rollout
Salesforce intake and workflow creation
Clinical decisioning framework development
Qualifications
Successful consulting intern candidates are:
Pursuing a Master’s degree at an accredited college or university in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Behavioral Economics, Finance, Organizational Development and Change or Human Centered Design
Anticipating a December 2021 or May 2022 graduation date
Achieving a 3.0 GPA
Prior interns or associates in the healthcare industry (preferred)
Intellectually curious self-starters with the ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible team environment
Experienced leaders in student or volunteer organizations
Desired skills include:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Superb problem-solving skills using logic and data
Critical thinking and analytical skills
Data analytics and data visualization skills
Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word; experience with Visio
Process improvement, including problem definition, measurement system implementation, data analysis, application of process centric methodologies/tools; Six Sigma certification preferred
Project management, including project plan development, time/budget management, risk management, template development, milestone tracking
Change management, including application of ADKAR change management principles
