Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics

The Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics is responsible for conducting advanced modeling and analytics with the goal of identifying, recommending and executing strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize enrollment and profitability across all channels. This individual will be responsible for sourcing data from various systems, developing user-friendly dashboards and tools for stakeholders and performing analyses to improve business decisions. They will also conduct thorough analyses to identify, prioritize, and recommend key business opportunities related to customer experience/engagement metrics, content, and operational efficiencies and profitability. Having a combination of strong analytical, problem solving, data manipulation skill and experience and the ability to synthesize analytic findings into actionable strategic recommendations within the interactive/digital marketing space will be critical for the success of this role.

Qualifications

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics or other related field required • 7+ years of experience working in analytic, digital and integrated marketing channels including digital marketing agency or corporation • Expertise in understanding marketing integration between CRM, Direct, Social media, Search, Paid Media, etc. • Must be a self-starter and quick learner with the desire to learn new tools and techniques • Must be adept at various scoring methodologies and data analysis • Strong written and verbal communication skills to help articulate customer and business needs • Experience continuously leading and re-prioritizing multiple projects and meeting deadlines • Must be a critical thinker capable of producing applied insights and problem-solving • Experience working on/with data platforms such as Adobe Analytics, GMP (Google Marketing Platform), Marin/Kenshoo, etc.

Required Qualifications: Tableau proficiency. SQL/query syntax skills. Predictive modeling experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
