The Director II Implementation is responsible for directing a multi-discipline, multi-state team in the National Accounts Business Unit managing the implementation process for both new and renewal accounts, to include new case installation, liaison responsibilities between Account Management Team, Sales Team, Sales Support, and Clients.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversees the timely and accurate implementation of new health plan clients to include account set-up, administration, membership and billing.

  • Directs the development and execution of management control processes for health plan clients and implementation plans to ensure group needs are determined and contractual obligations are attained or exceeded.

  • Ensures all critical deliverables from multiple work streams within the company are met timely and accurately according to our health plan clients selected benefit plans and performance guarantees.

  • May participate in the Sales and Account Management Team at account meetings and Sales Finalist Presentations in the effort of securing business growth for the company.

  • Directs analysis of system capabilities and production support.

  • Establishes and executes best practices and controls to ensure optimal performance on all procedures, files, and interfaces.

  • Coordinates communication to all functions, customers, vendors and consultants.

  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of experience in health insurance service operations, particularly in enrollment and billing, account implementations or account management experience working with implementations; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or PMP certification preferred.

    Annual Salary Range*: $118,160 - $147,700

    Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
