Voluntary Enrollment Consultant Sr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (EST )
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for developing, implementing and executing effective enrollment strategies for large group business.
Specialty voluntary lines include Term Life, Dental, Vision, and Disability products.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Creates personalized enrollment forms and kits.
Conducts group enrollment meetings for one or more voluntary lines.
Consults with internal Specialty Sales and Medical Account Executives on new and renewal case strategies in the 50 - 5,000 life range.
Prepares and presents enrollment solutions including webinars, power point presentations with voice overs, on-line enrollment; creates customized enrollment communication materials.
Monitors and reports enrollment results in SharePoint post enrollment data base.

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
10 years of group enrollment experience including National Accounts preferred.
Current resident Life and Health Insurance license required.
GBDS, DHP, CES, HIA, FLMI or CEBS preferred.
