Preferred Location: Minnesota but would consider as well other Midwest locations to enable travel to Minnesota to support our Alliance business.

The Regulatory Compliance Manager is responsible for managing regulatory compliance functions in support of the Minnesota (MN) Alliance and coordinating key Medicare Compliance accountabilities.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Collateral material review and submission to regulators

  • Preparation of responses and reporting related to delegation oversight requests/requirements

  • Development and coordination of completion of health plan partner or regulator-mandated reporting

  • External audit and other audit/assessment activity

  • Monitoring and oversight of business operations

  • Risk management, contract compliance

  • Policy and procedure development and implementation of new regulatory guidance/requirements.

Requires BA/BS degree in a related field, 5 - 7 years related regulatory or contract compliance with ability to analyze, write and integrate highly technical information into action plans; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Strongly preferred:

  • Experience with Medicare Advantage or Part D.

  • Experience with joint ventures or strategic health plan partnerships.
