We're looking for a dynamic marketing leader to help us deliver on our vision for the member journey by developing and implementing innovative member digital and print communication solutions. Candidates must have experience building omnichannel marketing strategies, project planning, and activating personalized communication programs that support member enrollment, retention, and clinical/advocacy engagement. Experience with campaign automation, journey mapping, simple copywriting (in a simple conversational tone), and data analytics background or strong experience in analyzing and measuring performance, is also preferred. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, highly motivated and self-driven team player with the ability to successfully partner with multiple departments to meet tight deadlines and execute flawlessly to achieve defined objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a team of 7 National Account Marketing Managers

  • Manage all elements of Key Reporting Metrics for National Account team reporting

  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines through detailed project management and team management approach

  • Identify and manage core governance practices to ensure Brand messaging & ‘voice’ are aligned in all messaging

  • Lead strategy for Anthem’s employee benefits program communication program, as well as select National Account clients.

  • Lead strategy for digital enrollment/plan selection platforms & CX capabilities, responsible for prioritizing the business application, refining backlog, and collaborating with the project team & stakeholders to deliver business value.

  • Build client-specific integrated communication plans that drive results

  • Work with creative partners to develop messaging that is compelling and on-brand

  • Partner closely with other member communication practitioners to deliver a seamless experience for our members

  • Develop business cases to drive investment and oversee financials

  • Works closely with IT partners to plan and deliver capabilities

Qualifications

  • Requires BA/BS degree; 8 years experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • For URAC accredited areas the following applies: Requires strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.

  • Requires

Preferred Skills:

  • Degree in marketing communications, marketing automation, customer experience, and project management.

  • Expert knowledge of digital and direct marketing channels and practices.

  • Ability to leverage strong critical thinking and analytics to develop data-driven strategies and evaluate performance.

  • Strong presentation skills, as well as the ability to visually represent complex ideas in a simplified way

  • AEM, Salesforce Marketing automation experience/knowledge HIGHLY preferred

Hight Preferred:
