Position: Associate Manager EAP Clinical Services Location: Chesapeake, VA Shift: Wednesday-Saturday 10:30pm-9:00am *Schedules can vary depending on call center and business needs.
The EAP Clinical Services Associate Manager is responsible to provide oversight of the day-to-day behavioral health clinical operations department for our Military One Source contract. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Provides day-to-day oversight, including benching of cases with staff, auditing to monitor efficiency and compliance with policies, and conducting daily rounds.
Facilities and participates in staff training.
Acts as a liaison with internal departments.
Assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Participates in staff meetings and clinical conferences.
Ensures that performance guarantees are met or exceeded.
Interfaces with external and internal customers to ensure optimal efficiency of service.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Education: B.S. degree in a mental health field required, M.S. degree preferred
Experience: 5 years behavioral healthcare experience and 3 years managed care experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
1 year leadership experience preferred
Licensure: Current unrestricted license such as LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC required
