Marketing Project Manager Sr
Are you ready to join an energetic, fast-paced team that creates best-in-class experiences that drive membership growth? We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Project Manager who will help us bring business-critical Open Enrollment programs and events to life.
This rewarding opportunity involves collaborating with talented marketing professionals and leaders who are dedicated to member development and satisfaction in a critical moment in the customer journey. The successful candidate will have experience in supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of complex campaigns and initiatives.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Identifies, mitigates, manages, and escalates projects, risks, and issues.
Manages complex projects with the largest budgets, scope, and visibility.
Serves as a mentor for others.
Supports marketing strategies by ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope and on budget.
Provides strategic counsel and executes project management best practices and tactics that align with business goals.
Supports the strategy and leads planning for assigned brands and phases across the entire consumer lifecycle.
Develops functional specifications and requirement documents.
Develops and manages project timelines.
Collaborates with a cross-functional team, often across the enterprise to ensure functional specifications and requirement documents are met.
Minimum Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 6 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
