This position will allow remote within the state of West Virginia only (prefer Charleston, WV area)

Translates basic business needs into application software requirements.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Analyzes business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.

Determines specific business application software requirements to address specific business needs.

Works with programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.

Acts as liaison with users of the software to address questions/issues.

Develops statistical reports.

Performs outcomes reporting, trend analysis and data modeling.

Requires a BS/BA degree

3-5 years related business analysis experience

Or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background

Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and statistical software required

Ability to manipulate large sets of data

Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)

SQL, Access, or Facets a plus
