Status: Work at home (open to location): Full-time: Salaried w/ Bonus Potential

The Director Pharmacy Ops Support is responsible for operational oversight and management of a high-performing front-end pharmacy operations team, providing next-generation pharmacy care to patients across the country.

How you will make an impact:

  • Manage daily operations of a new, innovative pharmacy business unit, resource scheduling, operational workflow development and ongoing improvement and prioritization of newly needed system capabilities

  • Direct Pharmacy Operations Excellence resources and oversees accuracy and operational script processing turn-around time to ensure objectives are met.

  • Coordinate budget activities and staffing levels of operational teams.

  • Evaluate and provide direction on impact of change to current operational plans with fiscal responsibility for pharmacy operational budget.

  • Implement policies, practices, and procedures.

  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements.

  • Facilitate project and operational related escalations.

  • Provide leadership to teams responsible for coordinating delivery of all new, renewing, and migrating pharmacy business.

  • Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate performance of direct reports.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in a related field

  • Minimum of 8 years management experience in a complex business and systems environment,

  • Minimum of 5 years pharmacy management experience running a front-end central fill or mail order pharmacy where high volume of prescriptions are processed

  • Minimum of 5 years project management experience

  • Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skillset and Experience

  • Masters degree in a related field

  • Call Center management experience

Annual Salary Range*: $124,000- $155,000

Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
