Strategic Consultant Analyst Senior

The Anthem Strategy Consulting (ASC) team develops enterprise-wide strategies and transformational solutions to address some of the most complex challenges in healthcare today. We are looking for an innovative leader with exceptional quantitative problem-solving and leadership skills who is passionate about improving lives and communities and simplifying healthcare.

What You’ll Do

  • Research, identify, gather, review and analyze data, identify trends, provide insights, and make recommendations on interventions and integration as needed and upon request.

  • Develop relevant and meaningful industry analysis, competitor profiles and contribute to the formation and revision of the enterprise strategic objectives and deliverables.

  • Provide support to the ASC Team in assembling monthly and ad hoc updates and reports for senior leaders utilizing available business tools.

  • Other duties may evolve and be assigned.


What We’re Looking for

  • Requires BA/BS in related field.

  • More than two years of experience in management consulting, change management, large scale project management and/or process improvement, or any or any combination of equivalent education and experience background.

  • Ability to travel may be required.

  • Healthcare experience preferred, but not required.

  • Excellent computer skills, demonstrating fluency with all key packages.

  • Preferred experience with both quantitative and qualitative research.

  • Excellent research skills with experience in market and company analysis.

  • Team player with experience working both in teams and as an individual contributor.

  • Written, oral and presentation skills necessary to successfully influence senior executives.

  • Should have previous experience identifying competitive threats, defensive measures, and supporting the development of future strategic response options.

  • Demonstrated experience contributing to the analysis of company needs and supporting the growth of business strategies.
