Business Analyst Tech Interns at Anthem; will interact with business and technical resources to support the delivery of technical enterprise deliverables. Project work could be focused, but not limited to the following: Taking business needs and developing into technology solutions, Project /Portfolio Management, Business/Systems Analysis, Architecture Analysis, Computer Programming/Systems Development, Database Administration, Metrics/Reporting, Test Execution/Automation, Information Security and/or Audit and Compliance
Primary Duties: • Conduct business process analysis across broker and employer services areas • Identify and document areas of improvement • Develop high level project plans to achieve identified areas of improvement. Plans will include scope, risks, and action steps, communications and training plans. • Provide senior leaders (Director and VP level) status of assigned tasks and consolidated opportunities.
Must be pursuing a Graduate degree
Must be currently enrolled in a program of study at an accredited college or university with a major in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related graduate field.
Preferred Technology: Java, SQL, .NET/C#; Mainframe, Service Oriented Architecture, Oracle, SQL Server; Operating Systems, Weblogic, IBM WebSphere-- adjusted based on role requirements.
Anticipating a December 2022 or May 2023 graduation date
Achieving a 3.0 GPA
