Location: Work-At-Home Opportunity, but the selected candidate must reside in Indianapolis, IN; or Atlanta, GA
The Member Engagement Project Director is responsible for identifying key people to bring about change and developing a network of contacts and targeting specific people to achieve project goals and objectives. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Manages projects across business units, regions, or the enterprise. Include facilitation of Member Experience Governance forum and coordination across the Experience Governance Operating Model.
Influences at all levels within the organization, often setting strategy and direction and instilling accountability. Primary Stars team contact for Compliant Functional Calls, Consumer Effort, and Reliability Reviews.
Coaches and mentors project team members and planned presenters for Experience forums.
Mentors other project managers around project management methodology.
Reviews and approves Experience project scope; validates resource plan, risk, quality, cost, and scope management plans. Tracks and manages Experience portfolio.
Develops process with Insights leaders to coordinate and schedule Insight reviews as part of Governance and develop a business story for insights. Works with Strategy directors to synthesize findings to drive workplans.
Creates model for prioritization of Experience portfolio initiatives.
Defines, recommends, and secures contractual agreements for services and products.
Coordinates requirements, schedules implementation and post-implement plans, and develops service-level agreements for vendor partners and global resources firms.
Supports business and digital partners in developing requirements documents.
Develops project approval matrix and supports business in funding estimates with data team members.
Monitors project progress and escalations risks. Spot checks Experience thorough the audit process.
Defines critical success factors including leading indicators for CAHPS/Stars
Establishes and manages the project warranty period, capture of completed milestones, and measured success
Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 9 years professional project management experience, of which at least 7 years are spent leading and directing large project tasks; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills & Experiences: Awareness of significant contributing factors to managing project change and demonstration of a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes and the critical IT dependencies are strongly preferred. Masters in Project Mgt preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
The applicant and incumbent fall under a 'sensitive position' work designation and may be subject to additional requirements beyond those associates outside Government Business Divisions.
