Location: Work-At-Home Opportunity - Nationwide. However, someone that lives in Maine or New Hampshire is preferred.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing state-specific marketing strategies and ensuring the marketing strategy aligns with regional and enterprise-wide strategy. Primary duties to include but are not limited to:

  • Translating insights into action, building and executing tactical marketing plans; partnering with other functional areas of Marketing (Segment, Centers of Excellence, etc.) to ensure alignment.

  • Serving as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution for assigned territory.

  • Leads project management and development of marketing collateral to support marketing plans.

  • Coordinates with public relations and senior leadership to support marketing initiatives.

  • Provides leadership and direction to marketing support and creative staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills & Experiences: Omni channel marketing experience preferred. Managed care experience preferred. Strategic marketing and planning execution – taking plans and turning into action. Product Marketing. Experience with Marketing collateral development/content development – working with creative team/agencies. 2 years experience working with sales and account management teams, including leadership. Agility and negotiation. Able to seat at sales leadership table; meetings, presentations. Participate in state leadership meetings. Working with content management systems, SalesForce, creative development request systems (example: Aprimo, WorkFront). Travel between assigned states as needed.

Applicable to Colorado Applicants Only Annual Salary Range*: $82,240 - $103,425 Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level. * The hourly or salary range is the range Anthem in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. The Company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
