The Administrative Sales Coordinator is responsible for planning and managing sales and community outreach events.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Develops, prioritizes, and implements tactical project plans.

  • Compiles estimated cost models, monitors budget, and prepares management reports.

  • Coordinates registration, payment process, catering, room set up, and promotional advertising for events.

  • Manages on-site staffing and trouble shoots problems.

  • Provides project status updates. Attends events, as needed, to provide assistance.



  • Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.

  • One year of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
